FOURTHWALLING: Greek lore wise, yes. Please don't mention anything about Fate/ IC though, since it would just confuse the hell out of him.

AFFECTION: Any kind of affection or intimacy is cool.
RELATIONSHIPS: Achilles loves and cares about others easily and will sleep with people ... pretty easily, but an exclusive relationship would take a lot of time to develop.
VIOLENCE: Yes. Please contact me to plot before it goes that far so we can collaboratively make decisions! I will be sure to reach out if I foresee Achilles starting a fight, too.
TELEPATHY: Yes! If I know your character is a telepath, I will include Achilles' thoughts in meta.
